Applicants interested in access to sources falling within the remit of the Committee on Secrecy are invited to log on from now on to the following address https://cdap.casd.eu/comite-secret-statistique
All logged-in users will be able to view their requests to the secrecy committee and also consult administrative information about their current CASD projects.
The address https://cdap.casd.eu leads to the new home page of the CDAP portal which, in addition to providing access to the Statistical Confidentiality Committee module, offers access to:
- An ATIH (Agence technique de l’information sur l’hospitalisation) module for simulating the cost of processing PMSI (Programme de médicalisation des systèmes d’information) data;
- An SNDS (Système national des données de santé – National Health Data System) module describing their requirements for building a secure environment for processing health system data;
- A CASD area that allows users to view information on the management of a CASD project.
The same user account is used for each module: the connection can be made directly to the portal or to each module. A user who has a CDAP account for the Comité du secret logs in with their usual login details and has access to all the portal’s functions.
The user can:
- Go directly to the secrecy committee module and proceed as usual to request access to sources falling within the secrecy committee’s remit;
- Or, from the new CDAP home page, search directly for a source (either from part of its title, or by displaying the sources for a particular theme). If the source’s accreditation procedure is the Statistical Secrecy Committee (CSS), clicking on ‘CSS’ will take you to the CSS module.
