CDAP portal: Statistical Confidentiality Committee (CSS) module

Applicants interested in access to sources falling within the remit of the Committee on Secrecy are invited to log on from now on to the following address https://cdap.casd.eu/comite-secret-statistique

All logged-in users will be able to view their requests to the secrecy committee and also consult administrative information about their current CASD projects.

The address https://cdap.casd.eu leads to the new home page of the CDAP portal which, in addition to providing access to the Statistical Confidentiality Committee module, offers access to:

  • An ATIH (Agence technique de l’information sur l’hospitalisation) module for simulating the cost of processing PMSI (Programme de médicalisation des systèmes d’information) data;
  • An SNDS (Système national des données de santé – National Health Data System) module describing their requirements for building a secure environment for processing health system data;
  • A CASD area that allows users to view information on the management of a CASD project.

The same user account is used for each module: the connection can be made directly to the portal or to each module. A user who has a CDAP account for the Comité du secret logs in with their usual login details and has access to all the portal’s functions.

The user can:

  • Go directly to the secrecy committee module and proceed as usual to request access to sources falling within the secrecy committee’s remit;
  • Or, from the new CDAP home page, search directly for a source (either from part of its title, or by displaying the sources for a particular theme). If the source’s accreditation procedure is the Statistical Secrecy Committee (CSS), clicking on ‘CSS’ will take you to the CSS module.
